CASCADE- National Wet Workshop in Coagulation :-The department of Transfusion Medicine has been successfully conducting a National level workshop in Coagulation since over a decade which gives the trainees in-depth understanding of coagulation pathways, regulation, and disorders, provides master interpretation of routine and specialized coagulation assays and insights into  pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical pitfalls in coagulation testing.The workshop enables the trainees to approach bleeding and thrombotic disorders with a structured, exam-oriented and clinical mindset, and stay updated on newer assays, global coagulation tests, and latest evolving clinical guidelines.

Immunohematology Hands On workshops :-program conducted yearly with practical, skill-oriented, error-focused, and quality-driven workshops and trainings , aligned with routine blood bank work and accreditation requirements, with a focus on training and re-training the blood centre staff and faculty.The workshop covers core hands on technical activities including pre transfusion testing, Antibody identification, special IH techniques, error identification and problem solving, QC&QA training, documentation practices, equipment handling and automation, transfusion reaction workup, biosafety and Good Laboratory Practices orientations.

Voluntary Blood Donation :-Jubilee Mission Blood Centre has been recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for conducting the maximum number of voluntary blood donation camps in the region. Building on this achievement, we aim to expand our outreach activities and secure additional recognition by enhancing the scale and quality of voluntary blood donation initiatives. We conduct annual programs to felicitate the routine and regular voluntary blood donors by the name – Jeevadhara.
