Greivence Redressal Committee

Sub: Grievance Redressal Committee for student (GRCS) constituted – reg.

Ref: Letter No.12764/2020/A1/D.S.A/KAS dated 15/03/2023.

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) of Jubilee Mission Medical College & Research Institute, Thrissur is constituted to receive, examine and address the genuine grievances and concerns of students in a fair, transparent and timely manner. The Cell shall provide an accessible mechanism for students to raise issues relating to academics, examinations, hostel, facilities, administration, student welfare and other institutional matters, and shall recommend appropriate remedial measures to the competent authority.

With reference to the above, a grievance Redressal Committee for students (GRCS) is reconstituted with the following members.

  • Dr. Padmakumar – Professor & HOD, Forensic Medicine & Vice Principal – Chairperson

  • Dr. Ranjith S – Professor, Anatomy – Member

  • Dr. Aparna Namboodiripad – Associate Professor, Paediatrics – Member

  • Dr. Aaron David Kottuuran – Associate Professor, Anatomy – Member

  • Dr. Shilpa A V – Associate Professor, Physiology – Member

  • Dr. Bobbin John Manjuran – Assistant Professor – ENT – Member, Seceratary

  • Dr. Sujay Nathan – PTA President – Member

  • Sr. Anice AKD – Assistant Warden, Hostel – Member

  • Mr. Rohan Paul – Student’s representative – Member

  • Ms. Pragallbha Ellen Punnen – Student’s Representative – Member

The Grievance Redressal Committee for Students (GRCS) shall conduct at least two meetings during each academic year to review and address student grievances. A report of the meetings, including the grievances received, actions taken and recommendations, shall be submitted to the Principal for information and necessary action.
