Complaints of individual employee/Group of employees addressed to the Presiding officer, of the Committee shall be received by Member Secretary.

The Committee shall also consider the complaints referred by Director

Member-Secretary, in consultation with the Chairman of the Grievance Committee shall convene the meeting of the Committee as frequently as necessary, subject to complaints being received.

The Committee shall have the authority to summon any employee to ascertain the veracity of the complaint.

The Committee shall make critical analysis of every complaint received, with reference to the existing rules/practice and make a self speaking recommendation to the Director.

Member Secretary shall give reply to the complaint/s as decided in the Committee proceedings, subject to the approval of Director.

The term of this reconstituted Committee shall be 2 years from the date of issue or till a new Committee is constituted.

Director shall nominate new Presiding Officer/Members in the event any of them ceases to be an employee of JMMC & RI, or hold ex- officio positions, wherever applicable.
