We deliver round-the-clock emergency care while championing academic excellence, research leadership, and community preparedness. As one of the early academic Emergency Medicine departments in India since 2011, our approach combines protocol-based clinical care with postgraduate training, advanced simulation, and proactive public health engagement.

Through clinical excellence, continuous education, and robust community outreach, we aim to strengthen emergency care delivery within the hospital and beyond.

  • Key Activities

  • Clinical :
    Providing 24×7 acute care for critically ill and injured patients across all age groups and specialties, efficiently managing trauma, stroke, cardiac emergencies, sepsis, airway crises, burns, and obstetric or pediatric emergencies.

  • Academic training :
    Running the MD Emergency Medicine residency program and simulation-based education to train the next generation of emergency specialists.
  • Research leadership :
    Advancing the field of emergency care through clinical research, toxicology studies contributing to evidence-based medical practices.
  • Community preparedness :
    Building resilient communities through targeted outreach, including first responder training, disaster preparedness initiatives, and public safety programs like SAVIOR and SAFETi.
  • Training center and courses :
    Authorized international training center for AHA certified life support courses, BLS, ACLS, PALS.EM-SONO, under the aegis of INCUS (International Network of Critical Ultrasound)

  • Flagship programs :
    Organizing and conducting Examthalon , Snake Bite Life Support, SAVIOR, SAFETi and JEDLS, our specialized flagship programs designed to deliver high-impact training and education in emergency medicine.
